Ellie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over five years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned both her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Ellie is passionate about helping individuals reach their fullest potential, starting the learning process by meeting each person exactly where they are. She values an individualized approach, partnering closely with clients and their families to identify what matters most to them.
She has worked with children and adolescents ages 2–18, supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, reactive attachment disorder, communication disorders, Prader-Willi syndrome, and more. Ellie deeply understands the importance of early intervention and the profound impact it can have on a child’s growth and a family’s well-being.
Some of Ellie’s specific interests include rigorous progress monitoring to ensure treatment plans are effective and responsive to each client’s needs. She is also passionate about training and collaborating with behavior technicians to foster a cohesive, supportive team environment. She believes that a united team approach not only enhances skill development but also creates a consistent and encouraging learning experience for every individual she supports.
